DESCRIPTION:The Center for Faculty Success welcomes new faculty and lecturers starting positions at Rutgers New Brunswick in January 2025. While we host our larger group orientation and welcome in August\, we hope you will join us for a new spring pilot program to help bridge the start for our Spring incoming instructors. This program will be an in-person half-day orientation to include lunch and workshops on teaching effectiveness and student success along with an introduction to your Faculty Union representatives. \n  Register
