Would it be helpful to role play\, write a script\, or practice what you’re planning to say? Workshop your challenge\, listen and learn as others’ practice\, or request a private session to sharpen your edges. Experiment with different talking points and strategies for effective and respectful communication\, and get real-time feedback from a conflict navigation specialist.
