About the Center for Faculty Success

The Rutgers–New Brunswick Center for Faculty Success promotes faculty success, leadership, and excellence through a variety of inclusive professional development support and works in conjunction with campus, university, and external partners to support the growth and development of faculty throughout all stages of their careers.

The Center’s signature programs include:

  • An extended orientation program for new faculty
  • The New Brunswick Chairs and Department Leaders Program run in partnership with the Center for Organizational Leadership
  • Faculty Community Groups
  • The Associate Professor Project for mid-career faculty
