BTAA Department Executive Officer Seminar

At this leadership development seminar topics range from conflict resolution and mentoring to faculty development, performance reviews, and group problem-solving. This hybrid program has three online synchronous sessions and one in-person seminar. All participants must attend the three-day event at the Big Ten Conference Center in person.

Who should apply: Faculty members serving in their first three years as chairs or other departmental leadership positions.

Materials: Candidate CV, candidate letter of interest (no more than 500 words), statement of support from Dean (no more than 300 words). Applications for this program are announced and due during spring semester.
