Would it be helpful to role play, write a script, or practice what you’re planning to say? Workshop your challenge, listen and learn as others’ practice, or request a private session to sharpen your edges. Experiment with different talking points and strategies for effective and respectful communication, and get real-time feedback from a conflict navigation specialist.
