Vice Provost Christmann is responsible for strategic initiatives that support faculty leadership, mentoring, recruitment, and retention. In her role as the Director of the Center for Faculty Success, Vice Provost Christmann leads a comprehensive array of programs designed to support faculty excellence at every stage of their academic careers, from campus-based initiatives to national programs through the Big Ten Academic Alliance. She previously served as Vice Dean for Faculty Affairs and Research at Rutgers Business School-Newark & New Brunswick, and as Chair of the Department of Management and Global Business. She is a professor in the Department of Management and Global Business and an accomplished scholar in the fields of corporate sustainability and international business strategy.
