Designing Your Next Chapter:  A Workshop for Recently Tenured Faculty Members

Join us for a special event and workshop celebrating your recent tenure and supporting your success in the next phase of your academic career. Designed specifically for recently tenured mid-career faculty, the program will begin with a panel of recently promoted full professors who will share insights on sustaining professional growth, navigating career transitions, maintaining momentum, and finding renewed purpose and engagement throughout the mid-career stage. Participants will then explore strategies for shaping their own post-tenure career trajectory through a guided workshop. The event will conclude with a networking lunch, offering an opportunity to celebrate this significant accomplishment, connect with colleagues, and exchange ideas about the opportunities and challenges ahead.
